Salon Policies
All new clients will be required to fill out our "New Client Intake Form".
These policies are implemented out of respect for our team and our other guests in the salon.
Cancellations
While we understand that life can be hectic and unforseen circumstances do arise, we kindly ask you to give atleast 24 HOUR NOTICE of any cancellation to avoid fees. ​

If you cancel under 24 hour notice, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

If you no-show, you will be charged 50% of your service.
Credit Card Holds
A credit card must be held on file for ALL COLOR, LIGHTENING, & EXTENSION appointments. You will NOT be charged unless you no-show or cancel within our 24-hour cancellation policy.
Tardiness
Out of respect for your stylist and other guests, we ask that you arrive to your appointment for your scheduled time. We have a 15-minute grace period: any tardiness past that may result in your service to be forfeited.
